2: Sticky (Pa) rubber failure

3: Pressure rubber

Damaged rubber blanket is what we commonly call pressure rubber. After the rubber is pressed, the color of the pressed color group will not be printed on the place or the dots will be lost. This may cause the failure of the pressing rubber, which may be caused by viscous rubber. It is also possible. For other reasons, the pressure is generally not very strong. After the rubber is loosened, there is a place where the reducing agent is pressed. 5: Discoloration of printed products

In a production, the discoloration of prints often occurs, and it is difficult to eradicate them completely. According to the explanations of the masters and the personal summary, there are the following treatments:

1. First of all, we should check whether the design of the printed matter on the layout is reasonable. For example, put a pattern with a relatively large amount of ink (or a superimposition of a four-color net) on a slightly dragged position. For such a layout design, it is certainly not conducive to high quality printing. The prints should place them in the mouth, which will facilitate the control of tooth decay on the paper and make it easier to print prints that do not change color.

2. If there has been a situation where the printed matter is discolored, do not start the conclusion on the problem of the next printing press itself. You should first look for the cause in the periphery of the printing press. First, use a magnifying glass to observe the dots on the printing plate to check whether it has appeared. 5. If there is no problem with the ink line, it should be checked whether the rubber pad is the standard. It is recommended that the thickness of the pad should be 35 filaments.
