The gel membrane filtration method is used to detect planktonic bacteria in the air. The detection device consists of planktonic bacteria sampler (Airport MD8 portable planktonic bacteria sampler, MD8 desktop planktonic bacteria sampler) and matching gel membrane: start the sampler to filter the air to be filtered through the gel membrane, and the airborne bacteria in the air It is trapped on the gel membrane and counted after incubation to obtain the number of living microorganisms per unit volume of air to assess the cleanliness of the air.
