1. Single-faced corrugating machine

3, glue compound

2) After entering the back of the dryer, the edges of the paper and the single-sided cardboard are not aligned. The width of the emergency production paper is not the same.

Increase the speed of the dryer, and at the same time, reduce the amount of steam, and notify the gluing machine to increase the amount of glue.

5, pressure line, vertical and horizontal cut

1) The pressure roller breaks the inside and the surface paper; the pressure line exceeds the allowable error.

According to the paper and cardboard dry humidity, the depth of the pressure line can be adjusted flexibly. It is advisable that the indentation of the paper inside is not broken or cracked. In addition to the dimensional error, the concave wheel under the pressure roller is deflected and corrected.

2) Adjusting the trimming is not timely, causing the cardboard to be out of material, dew, and common when the sum of the two trimming edges is less than one centimeter.

3) The transverse knife is blunt and the imported kraft box board is easy to tear cross sections.

In addition to eradicating the above problems, we should use the paper web reasonably according to the size of the paperboard produced, try to control the paperboard trimming within 0.5-2cm, skillfully match production, handle faulty paper disease accurately and timely, and open the paper without glue.
