(3) Knock the paper when loading paper, this can reduce the wrinkling and cracking of the paper during the printing process, and ensure the smooth feeding.
(4) When loading paper, the paper must be loose to prevent double sheets, multiple sheets, skew and other failures.
(5) If the trailing part of the paper is wrinkled on both sides during printing, but no abnormality is found after checking the paper conveying machinery and gripping force, it is generally caused by the uneven moisture content of the paper. At this time, the cut paper needs to be placed Bake in a drying room with a temperature of about 50 ℃ for 7 to 8 hours or put it in a dehumidifying room for 2 to 4 hours.
Equipment
(1) Thin paper is easy to expand and contract during the printing process, so it is not suitable for precise overprinting.
(2) The printing pressure should be controlled at 0.15 ～ 0.20mm, and the printing pressure should be balanced.
(3) The suction power of the paper suction nozzle should be even, and the rubber ring should be replaced if necessary; the paper suction nozzle should be strong, but not too large, and the blowing force should be moderate.
(4) The height adjustment of the presser foot is very important. It should be ensured that there is sufficient distance between the presser foot and the paper separation nozzle to avoid the phenomenon of double sheets, multiple sheets, skewed sheets, or pressure.
(5) The time when the paper arrives at the front gauge should be appropriate, not fast or slow, and the timing of the side gauge, presser foot, and gripper should be accurate.
(6) If the paper always wrinkles at a specific position during printing, it is generally caused by improper adjustment of the equipment, such as uneven gripping force of the impression cylinder, unstable paper feeding, warpage when the paper reaches the front gauge, The presser foot lifts slowly. If wrinkles always appear on one side of the trailing edge of the paper, you can relax the gripper on the side of the impression cylinder to make the paper stretch out at the moment of imprinting.
(7) When the equipment is used for a long time, it is easy to break the paper gripper. This is mainly caused by the extension of the delivery chain causing the gripper to crack the paper. As long as the chain is properly tightened, the problem can be eliminated.
(8) The printing speed should be properly controlled according to the technical level of paper, equipment and operators.
(9) When printing paper with particularly high transparency, the paper will transmit the light emitted by the photoelectric controller, and the photoelectric controller cannot detect the paper, so that the printing machine cannot be turned on normally. At this time, the photoelectric controller is removed, and printing can proceed normally.
other aspects
(1) During the dry season, tissue paper is prone to generate static electricity, resulting in uneven paper collection. This problem can be avoided by installing a static eliminator. The power of the static eliminator can be 250W.
(2) The paper should not be piled up too high, too high can easily cause the paper stack to be uneven and cause paper conveyance difficulties.
(3) The amount of fountain solution should be controlled within the minimum range. Excessively large amount of paper will cause paper curl and make it difficult to collect paper.
