Through experimental comparison, it is found that: in the results obtained by the two analysis methods: soil available phosphorus has a certain correlation, available potassium has no correlation, and ammonium nitrogen is sometimes not correlated. The rapid test instrument basically does not introduce the measurement method of nitrate nitrogen. Therefore, according to the method introduced by the rapid tester, only the data of soil available phosphorus can be linked to the values ​​of conventional tests, while nitrogen and potassium, which are closely related to fertilization, can only be fertilized according to the amount described in the instrument manual, and cannot be compared with the conventional test values. Contact, so its scientificity and accuracy are questionable.
In addition, the failure of the rapid tester to measure nitrate nitrogen is also a major defect in guiding fertilization (because the routine test process of nitrate nitrogen is cumbersome, complicated to operate, and prone to errors, this method is not easy to measure quickly). As we all know, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrous nitrogen are three states that are easily absorbed by crops. Therefore, the best indicator for guiding fertilization is inorganic nitrogen, followed by nitrate nitrogen, and the worst indicator is ammonium nitrogen. The leaching agent used in the determination of effective potassium by the rapid tester is nothing more than sodium sulfate, sodium nitrate, calcium chloride, etc., and none of the recommended ammonium acetate in the routine analysis is used (because the ammonium ion in the ammonium acetate interferes with sodium tetraphenylborate Turbidimetry), so the data measured by the two can be understood without any correlation.
If fertilization is carried out according to the method described in the instruction manual of the rapid tester, (1) a large number of scientific experiments have not been conducted; (2) the recommended method itself has problems.
