I. Composition
The UV wrinkle ink consists mainly of a photopolymerizable prepolymer, a photosensitive monomer, a photoinitiator, and an additive (excluding a pigment). Among them, the photoinitiator is the most important component of the entire ink and plays a decisive role in whether wrinkles can be produced. 
Second, solid principle
UV wrinkle ink out of the pattern and curing principle is divided into two parts: that is, through the combination of low-pressure ultraviolet light (sterilizer lamp) and medium-pressure mercury lamp, to produce the visual effect of the print on the surface of the print. 
The main wavelength emitted by the germicidal lamp is 185nM and 253.7nM. The short-wavelength germicidal lamp like this can only cure the surface, while the medium-pressure mercury lamp completes the overall curing. By changing these two curing steps, different surface effects (ie, wrinkle effects) can be produced.

1. Selection of UV low-pressure ultraviolet lamp
The UV low-pressure ultraviolet lamp should be a 40w/cM or less germicidal lamp, with 3 groups as a group.
2. UV curing lamp (medium pressure mercury lamp)
Curing light power to meet the requirements: power of 80w/cM, 2 for a group. The maximum life is no more than 1200h, it is recommended to replace it once in 1000h.
