1 Reversible thermal (hand warm) color change security ink

It is characterized by its simple and intuitive method of identification. It is one of the first identification technologies for comprehensive anti-counterfeiting labels. It is often used to mark anti-counterfeit, document/certificate anti-counterfeit labels, and paper security lines. Its anti-counterfeiting effect mainly depends on the creative application of the security designer. .

2 perspective color security ink

Observing the printed logo of the ink from two different angles, you can see different reflection colors. At present, only safe pearl ink and some varieties of OVI color ink are put into use. Commonly used in banknotes, high-end security signs, and passports. Visa and other national documents, important performance tickets, bus tickets, etc.

3 UV fluorescent security ink

The part with the fluorescent pattern printed on the anti-counterfeiting mark is invisible under sunlight. The printed pattern or text (the color may change) under the ultraviolet light of the counterfeit light can be seen as flickering fluorescence, because of its anti-scanning forgery, color copying and counterfeiting, etc. The advantages are still applied to the security design of banknotes, certificates, securities, and logos. It is an indispensable technology in high-end security and anti-counterfeit products. Its anti-counterfeit efficacy does not have the problem of “inadequate strength and outdatedness”, but its The effect depends on the designer's creativity. For example, in the printing of its authenticity certificate, Microsoft Corporation of the United States adopted a combination of two-color ultraviolet fluorescent ink and rainbow printing, and its anti-counterfeiting effect can be imagined.

4 Disappearance type anti-counterfeiting ink

The water-disappearing security ink is a white opaque ink that can be partially printed on a printed pattern to mask the printed pattern below. When a water droplet touches the printed graphic part, the printed pattern will appear immediately, but the pattern will gradually disappear after drying. Drip-disappearing security inks are water-based inks, with operational safety and environmental protection, superior printing performance; can be printed on paper, fabrics, PVC, acrylic, adhesive paper; it is recommended to use water-resistant screen printing photosensitive plate making and printing. And according to the need to select the screen material, 70 ~ 100 mesh screen effect is strong; 200 ~ 300 mesh screen effect is good; screen in the 350 mesh above recommended to print 2 times, in order to strengthen the security effect. In order to improve concealment, it should be dried after printing, and anti-counterfeiting ink should be printed on the same site. The drying conditions are natural drying or hot air drying.

5 Dual security anti-counterfeiting dripping anti-counterfeiting ink

This ink is developed based on the needs of customers based on the disappearance of ink. On the basis of the anti-counterfeiting function with the disappearance of dripping water (reversible), the ink has increased the UV fluorescence anti-counterfeiting technology as a covert anti-counterfeiting measure and identification method, so that the dripping water disappearing ink is unique, and other functions that should be possessed have not changed. The signs printed with flood warning inks are also called waterproof signs, water warning signs, and water warning signs. This type of waterproof sign is printed on a special sticker paper with special red ink sensitive letters or letters printed on the inside of the main body of the mobile phone or a part of the outside of the battery. When the logo is not immersed in water or a humid gas such as Kazakh gas, the edges of the graphic are clear and will not fade or change color.
