NS type transparent ink

Nihonbashi Field Co., Ltd. recently introduced screen printing NS type transparent ink. The ink is an oil-based ink and the main component is a synthetic screen printing ink based on urethane resin. Very good adhesion to nylon products and polyester substrates.

If tiny glass bead powder is added to the ink, the printing pattern will have a flash effect, but the specific gravity of the ink will increase. In the ink container, the ink will sink. Therefore, it must be fully stirred before use. Ink.

In NS type inks, if thickeners are added, they can be printed on flexible textile substrates with good adhesion and solvent resistance. The ratio of adding the thickener to the ink is: ink/thickener=100/2. The mixed ink is effective for 12 hours. With NS clear inks, it is best to print with 100 to 200 mesh screens. The ink is mainly used for nylon products, polyester products, and also to test the ink fastness. The printed pattern is heated to increase the firmness of the ink.

At the same time to confirm the ink pattern reflection brightness: the side of the substrate pattern to see if there is reflected light.

Precautions:

1) According to the requirements of the printing substrate, it is necessary to use a thinner to adjust the ink viscosity;

2) Use white ink when lowering the color density of the ink; 3) Use the same type of ink;

4) If screen-blocking phenomenon occurs in screen printing, a small amount of slow-drying agent can be added to the ink, but care must be taken so as not to cause the ink viscosity to be too low to be used;

5) When using ink, no fireworks are allowed in the workplace;

6) After the ink is used, it must be stored in a cold (20 °C) or dark environment. When it is stored, tightly tighten the cap of the ink container to prevent the ink from evaporating. The normal shelf life of the ink is 1 year. (Received Date: 2006-06-02)
