The electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing extruder developed by the Jin Jinping Group of South China University of Technology adopts a new concept, using the screw as the rotor of the motor, utilizing the electromagnetic field vibration energy and electric loss heat energy of the motor to supplement the heating and plasticizing of the plastic, and the device has a large volume. Reduced, energy-saving effect is very significant. Sun Yiming's research group at Hubei University of Technology, under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and major provincial and municipal projects, developed a screwless high-pressure plasticizing precision extrusion/injection molding machine for five years. The machine can control the degree of plasticization according to the plasticization requirements of the material, the plasticizing pressure reaches 90Mpa, and the plasticized and controlled high-pressure precision extrusion and injection can be realized. It can be used for polylactic acid and other biodegradable plastics that are sensitive to plasticization, high fluidity plastics such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and high filling materials such as glass fibers, and chemical reaction-type materials.
Experts pointed out that these two plastic extrusion mechanisms are involved in the plastic packaging technology, a key technology for plastic extrusion. Extrusion blown film, extrusion hollow \ extrusion casting, extrusion drawing, extrusion melt drawing, precision extrusion and injection have a significant impact, is a high-end equipment for plastic packaging and processing machinery.
