1. Quantitative

Paper quantification is an important assessment indicator.
It affects the purchase price of the base paper (base paper is sold by weight), the physical index of the base paper (such as the base paper's ring pressure strength, burst strength, tensile strength and tear strength, etc. are related to the quantitative), corrugated boxes or paper The calculation of the box production cost (carton, carton price is based on the cost per unit area, under the same weight conditions, the higher the basis weight, the smaller the surface area), the side pressure of the corrugated board, and the compression resistance of the corrugated box. ability. 2. Moisture content

Excessive or uneven moisture content in the base paper will affect the production speed of the single-sided machine or corrugated board production line. The consumption of electric energy and heat energy will increase. When the corrugated board is processed into corrugated paperboard, the horizontal shrinkage will be too large, and the corrugated board will appear. Various degrees of warping affect the shaping of the corrugated body. In addition, the adhesive effect of corrugated cardboard will also be affected. Excessive moisture can also cause a decrease in the physical strength of corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes. 7. Breaking strength

Burst strength reflects the ability of a corrugated board or paper to withstand a hard object top stamp. Since the burst strength of corrugated board depends on the burst strength of the base paper, the burst strength of the base paper is also an important indicator.
