MG America has introduced a continuous motion capsule filling machine, the G250, which can complete powder, single pill or double pellet filling operation at the highest speed, maintaining a filling speed of 200000 capsules/hour. The operation is correct and the filling weight is accurate. The modular structure of the G250 Capsule Filler helps reduce machine modification time and cleaning time. The device is equipped with electronic components and a Windows NT touch screen operator interface. The device also has the ability to upgrade to MG2's Nett system. Other important features of the equipment include: A weight control system that is completely installed on the equipment. It occupies a small space and enables simplified design for remote maintenance.
