1. The test piece is in the state of storage technology.
2. Adjust the environment in the high temperature test chamber to the specified test conditions, and stabilize the temperature of the test piece under this condition.
3. After the temperature of the test piece has stabilized, continue to maintain the test temperature for at least 2 hours to ensure that the temperature of the internal component (component) that is not measured is truly stable. If the temperature of the internal element cannot be measured, additional hot dip time should be determined based on thermal analysis to ensure that the temperature of the entire test piece is stable.
4. After the constant temperature exposure is over, the air temperature in the high temperature test chamber is adjusted to the standard atmospheric conditions and maintained under the standard atmospheric conditions until the temperature of the test piece is stable.
5. Perform visual inspection and performance test on the test piece, record the results, and compare with the pre-test data.
