The zeolite runner concentrates the high-volume, low-concentration exhaust gas to a high-concentration, small-volume exhaust gas, thereby reducing the equipment input cost and operating cost, and improving the high-efficiency treatment of the voc exhaust gas. In the case of high-volume, low-concentration exhaust gas combustion and recovery, if there is no zeolite runner, direct combustion, the exhaust gas treatment equipment is not only bulky, but also the operating costs will be huge.

Basic principle structure of zeolite runner

The zeolite runner concentration zone can be divided into a treatment zone, a regeneration zone, and a cooling zone, and the concentration runner continuously operates in each zone.

After the VOC organic exhaust gas passes through the pre-filter, it passes through the treatment zone of the concentrated revolving device. The VOCs in the treatment zone are adsorbed and removed by the adsorbent, and the purified air is discharged from the treatment section of the concentration runner.

The organic exhaust gas VOCs adsorbed in the concentrated rotor are desorbed and concentrated to a degree of 5-15 times by hot air treatment in the regeneration zone.

The concentrated runner is cooled in the cooling zone, and the air passing through the cooling zone is heated and used as regeneration air to achieve energy saving effect.
