1, side stop paper tongue is too low. During the actual production operation, the height of the side platen is adjusted to three times the thickness of the printed paper. When the height of the platen is less than three times the thickness of the printed paper, there is a possibility that the paper will not be pulled out. . When adjusting, first adjust the lock mother on the upper part of the side gauge, turn the adjusting screw clockwise, then insert the three sheets to be printed under the stop tongue, and then gently insert it, even if it is adjusted, tighten the lock mother. At the time, the three sheets of paper still need to be underlayed, and after a few adjustments, they should be retested several times to prevent the nuts from loosening.

2, side pull paper pressure pressure. The pressure of the side gauge pulling the paper pressure ball, including the pressure of the low speed machine, is controlled by the spring behind it. When changing the paper with different thickness, the spring with different thickness should be replaced. When printing the thin paper, use a thin spring. Printing thick paper is replaced by a thicker spring. At the same time, the elastic adjustment of the spring is also of great importance. It is related to the true size of the pressure of pulling paper pressure ball. Most of the paper pulls are not due to insufficient spring force. The regulation of the side gage springs of general high speed machines allows the maximum draw length of the printed paper to be 10 to 12 mm. The low speed machine also adopts the same method to tighten the spring, and the pull range is preferably 10 to 15 mm.

3, side gauge bottom fan plate (low speed machine pull bar) is too low. When the sector plate at the bottom of the side gauge is lower than the plane of the iron plate, after the paper pressure ball is pressed down, the paper will appear concave phenomenon, and the low speed machine's pull bar will also have the same fault, because the fulcrum below the sector plate is eccentric. Axis, in the correction, the eccentric small axis of the convex surface can be twisted, adjusted to the fan-shaped plate surface equal to the iron plate is the best state, the low-speed machine bar is supported by two concave iron, can be concave iron Remove it and plan to remove it with a planer. The thickness of the planer is equal to the distance of the bar below the plane of the iron plate. After the installation, it is adjusted.

4, side pull paper pressure ball can not rotate. The side axis of the paper pull pressure ball is installed under the water bucket. During the actual operation, the water fountain liquid may be dripped and the dust, such as paper dust, printing dust, etc Contamination causes rust to bite. At this time, first pull the paper pressure ball to remove it, clean it with kerosene and then install it, even if the adjustment of the ball can be easily turned, but can not add oil on the pull paper pressure ball, otherwise it will produce oil and affect the pull paper pressure The ball's flexible rotation.

5, feed from the side gauge far too far away. When the paper from the paper feeding system is more than 10 mm away from the side gauge, there is a possibility that the paper will not be pulled out. This problem seems very simple, but it often occurs during the actual operation. The general reasons for this are mis-loading and non-perpendicular cardboard, skewed paper stacks, etc. Therefore, during the actual production process, the paper stoppers should be corrected vertically, and the paper feeding rules on both sides of the paper stack should be tight against the paper stack. The paper transport from the paper system from the side of the best range of 4 ~ 6mm.

6, the paperboard pressure ball presses the edge of the paper: after the paper on the paperboard enters the front gauge, the paperboard pressure paper ball should leave the paper edge, but sometimes the paper cutting size is too large, which results in the pressure paper ball pressing paper side. Gives some resistance to the sideline movement and causes the paper to pull out of place. In the processing method, it is only necessary to move two pressure balls backwards.

7, low-speed machine "jack" come too early. If the “threat” of the low-speed machine comes down prematurely, the resulting pull-out of the side-sheet will not be completed and the paper will not be pulled in position. In this case, it is necessary to stop the machine to readjust the pressure of “threatening”. "Whenever the side profile is lifted and it is not lifted up, it is sometimes pressed down. Sometimes, this technical problem must be adjusted in reverse. If the time is normal and the pressure is normal, you must adjust the work of the side frame quickly." Time, adjust the control cam of the working time of the side-steer toward the forward direction of the machine.

8, high speed flat brush wheel adjustment is too heavy. Sometimes, the flat-blade brush wheel on the paper-feeding plate presses too much, which increases the resistance of the side-gauge work and causes the paper to not pull in place. In this case, the adjusting screw of the flat-blade brush wheel should be turned against the clockwise direction. Rotate until the brush shaft stops rotating, then press the clockwise direction to rotate 1-2 turns, so that the brush wheel can rotate freely on the paper even if adjusted.
