Characteristics of PLASISOL:

1. The appearance is creamy, thixotropic, thicker when placed, and thinning with stirring. Temperature will affect the viscosity, so the viscosity is low in the summer, the ink is thin, and the winter is the opposite.

2. Since PLASTISOL contains no solvent, the volatilization at room temperature is extremely small. When it is heated to a certain temperature, it crosslinks and cures. Therefore, it does not dry at room temperature, which greatly facilitates use and storage. When cured, a flexible film is formed and tightly bound to the fiber analysis. At the same time also gave its own following characteristics: no plug network; do not have to wash version after work; can be printed with 350 mesh, network cable can reach more than 8 lines - fine pattern; printing dot wet wet wet continuous printing, can improve work efficiency The dot printing has good air permeability and soft handfeel; no waste---the amount is less than 1/3—1/2 of the mortar; elasticity with elasticity, adhesion fastness is up to 5 levels; dry rub is more than 4 levels; dark Light-colored fabrics can be printed; variety of species, can print a lot of three-dimensional rectangular, rounded, stone effect and other special products. In the snow, sliding floors can achieve a level 4 slip effect.

Thermoplast ink (PLASTISOL) combines the advantages of water paste, glue and traditional solvent inks: the fineness and special effects of printing are not achieved by other printing materials.

Application scope:

PLASTISOL is suitable for all kinds of fabrics such as 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blend, polyester, light-colored fabrics, denim, etc. Any fabric that satisfies the following two points can be used: 1, resistance to 150°C; Breathable, can make ink penetrate into. Unsuitable substrates such as: plastic, metal, glass, etc., and waterproof nylon.

The use of PLASTICL must be accompanied by heat treatment. When heated, the resin absorbs the surrounding plastic solvent and is glued into a film for the purpose of non-sticking. Drying is complete at the quenching temperature of 135-160°C, only full baking can make the ink dry thoroughly plasticized! The role of heat treatment is very important, almost 90% of the problems are related to baking. The following aspects should be noted:

1. Insufficient handling will affect the fastness. When the water is washed, the ink will fall off, and the elasticity is not enough to be easily broken.

2. The film must be fully formed at the proper temperature.

3. Measure the temperature of the baked ink, not the temperature of the device.

4. Absorption of heat is a process, which is determined by two factors: temperature and time. A high temperature for a short time and a low temperature requires a long time, but it cannot be lower than the lowest polymerization temperature. Usually in order to speed up, the temperature is chosen at 145-165°C instead of 130°C. (Generally based on the actual operation)

5. When the film layer is thick, the degree of baking on the surface layer and the inside is different, and it takes a longer time, especially when printing a thick plate.

6. White clothes need longer reflection time, while black clothes absorb heat, heating time can be appropriately shortened due to different colors and different heat absorption of the fabric, the heating time can be adjusted accordingly.

7. It is best to use an infrared heating device because infrared rays penetrate the lower layers of the ink.

8. Climate, environmental changes will affect the viscosity of thermosetting inks, and thinners or thickeners (up to 3%) may be added as needed.

9. Water-based printing colors cannot be mixed with thermosetting inks.

10. The edges of the pattern are not uniform.. There are too many back cuts, or the ink is too thin.

11. In the thick film pattern or surface bubbles ... curing temperature is not high enough or not long enough.

Printing method

1. The main feature of PLASISOL is that fine particles can be printed with fine patterns. Therefore, only the proper film can make the ink play its advantage. Therefore, it is best to use a film specially made for PLASISOL printing. Gradient colors should be taken care not to lose dots when printing.

2, the choice of the network is also very important, different colors of the mesh sometimes will be different, for different colors of clothes, mesh requirements are not the same, in general, dark mesh nets used by the clothing will be smaller. Recommended mesh: four-color: 250-350 mesh, outlet effect: 160-250 mesh, high hiding ink/foam: 80-230 mesh, metal effect: 100-130 mesh, flash: 30-40 mesh, reflective : 81-110 mesh, three-dimensional effect: 80-100 mesh. (The edges of the flowers printed on the tanned stencil screens are more neat)

3. For different components (cotton, chemical fiber), different colors of the fabric, the sense of the opponent, the color is different or want to achieve special effects, to select the appropriate ink series, or add different additives. For example: to print four-color reduction effect, should choose four primary colors series; dark clothes available high hiding power of the ink; nylon fabric can choose elastic series; TC material to prevent disperse dyes in the fabric of the bleeding phenomenon, it is best to use anti-seepage White color base, India hot solid ink sizing to use ink to open diluted thin water, printing ink than one of the surface printing ink about one-fourth, Indian pulp to force a little, this will be a lot of firmness.

4, the printing sequence: light-colored clothing light - dark (continuous printing) - drying 160 °C dark clothing,

White - 120-130 °C bake to semi-dry - continuous printing - drying as above.

5, blade hardness: 70 degrees, angle: 40-60 degrees, the frame and table spacing: 0.2-0.5CM; four-color thermosetting ink printing can be used 70 degrees, high cover ink can reduce the scraper hardness 60-65 degrees.

Required equipment

1. T-shirt printing machine or walking platform. The surface of the countertop should be hard surface, and the printing effect of the fully automatic machine should be better than that of the manual, but the investment is large.

2. Oven: The best is the infrared oven. Generally, two kinds are required, one is a semi-drying (flash bake), which is used for baking on a white background, and a printing process, and a swing or walk-through oven with a printing machine can be selected. At present, many factories use a hot air gun (industrial wind). Gun / fire gun). The second is the conveyor tunnel oven, which is used for the final complete drying process. The length is chosen to be about 6-8 meters.

Cost and printing speed

For light-colored clothing, the printing speed is similar to that of the water slurry. Dark-colored clothes need to be dried for 10-20 seconds before printing on white. General T-shirt front brooch (approximately A4 size), can print about 150-200 pieces per KG ink.

Viscose beads process
