New paper product adhesive formula

First, the corn starch is made into a suspension, and the catalyst, the modifier and the auxiliary agent E1 are added under constant stirring, and then the heat preservation reaction is performed at a temperature lower than the gelatinization temperature, and the reaction is terminated after adding the auxiliary agent E2 to prepare the mixture. Dehydrated, dried and packaged to obtain modified starch. There are three types of modified starch, one for bonding paper cores; one for bonding paper roll heads; and the other for bonding paper bags.

The modified starch must be added with water vapor or chemical methods for gelatinization, and the commonly used normal temperature and alkaline method for making glue is selected. The addition of borax mainly acts as a tackifier and stabilizer. The modified starch formulation formula (% by weight) is:

Solid base 1~2

Borax 0.2~0.3

Water 72.7~85.5

The application of paper core production is a difficult and important point in the application. Bonding the paper core not only needs a good surface strength, but also needs a good quick-drying and compressive strength. For this reason, only the quick-drying of the adhesive is solved. Sexual and compressive strength have two special properties to achieve the desired application.
