4. The rated temperature must not be exceeded during use to avoid damage to the heating element.
5. Frequently remove the residues in the box and keep the dry box clean.
6. Regularly check whether the circuit system is well connected.
Precautions for use of vacuum drying oven:
1. The vacuum box casing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The vacuum box should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is less than or equal to 85% RH, and there are no corrosive gases, strong vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic fields.
3. There is no explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and other treatments in the vacuum chamber studio, and it is not allowed to dry items that are easy, explosive and prone to corrosive gases.
4. The vacuum pump cannot work for a long period of time, so when the vacuum degree reaches the requirements of dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power of the vacuum pump should be turned off. This can extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
5. If the dry items are wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.
6. If the dried items are changed to light weight and small volume (small particles) after drying, they should be added with a barrier mesh in the vacuum port of the working room to prevent the dry matter from being sucked and damaging the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve).
7. After repeated use of the vacuum box, the phenomenon that it cannot be evacuated will occur. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the extension distance of the door buckle on the box should be adjusted to solve. When the drying temperature of the vacuum box is higher than 200 ℃, slow air leakage will occur (except LY-608-30, LY-608-40). At this time, the cover of the back of the box is disassembled and the heater is loosened with an Allen wrench Base, replace the sealing ring or tighten the heater base to solve.
8. If the rubber plug of the bleed valve is difficult to rotate, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease. (Such as vaseline)
9. Except for maintenance, the left side box cover (except LY-608-60 and LY-608-80) cannot be removed to avoid damage to the electrical control system.
10. The vacuum box should always be kept clean. Do not wipe the door glass with a reactive chemical solution, use a soft cotton cloth.
11. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, wipe the exposed electroplated parts with neutral grease to prevent corrosion, and put on a plastic film dust cover and place it in a dry room to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture. use.

1. This box is non-explosion-proof, so it is forbidden to put corrosive and flammable items into the box to dry, so as to avoid explosion.
2. When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated working voltage of this box, so as not to damage the electronic components in the box, and do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily to avoid damaging the electrical circuits in the box.
3. The ambient temperature of this box should not be higher than 45 ℃.
