4. The color depth is positively correlated with the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) ELISA Kit in the sample.
5. Finally, the absorbance (OD value) is measured with a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm, and the concentration of human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) ELISA Kit in the sample is calculated by a standard curve.
