[Reporter] Hello, Mr. Wei, I am very happy to talk to you in the topic interview of "China Home Potential Enterprise". First of all, when was the brand of Meitong Mumen established? What are the main factors for the rapid development of the brand?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] This brand of Meitong belongs to the early establishment of the domestic wood door industry. It was established in 1992 and has a history of 14 years. Between 1992 and 2000, it mainly developed in the domestic market. After 2000, it was mainly engaged in the export business of European and American markets. Especially in the high-end stores in the US market, there are also exports of the Meitong brand. In 2002, we applied for a trademark in the US market and appeared in our own brand image. In the past few years, the company has been based on the strategy of “going out†and has been docked with the market and design concepts of Europe and the United States.
In the past ten years, we have mainly engaged in export business, and there are fewer opportunities to appear in China. Since the second half of 2009, we have begun to transform. On the one hand, because the domestic market growth is strong, it attracts us. On the other hand, the US subprime mortgage crisis has also had a certain impact on us; and the basis of transformation is our advantage in product strength. Because our products are based in the European and American markets, the inherent quality and design philosophy of our products are outstanding. We hope to transplant these advantages to the domestic market. In the Tianjin market, and because of export, our products have different external forms and internal convenience structures, making word of mouth become our more important brand advantage.
[Reporter] Back to the domestic market, will the design style of wooden doors change?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] Close to nature, relaxation, harmony, good touch of nature, from the perspective of humanity and green environmental protection. Because of the hard work in the European and American markets, these concepts and processes have always been our roots.
[Reporter] In what way will we show up at the wooden door exhibition in March? Are you making some preparations for this exhibition?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] We attach great importance to this exhibition. In Tianjin, peers call Meitong "the boss"; it is also in the country. Because we started the brand earlier, but stayed away from the domestic market; Meitong came back, and we called "the return of the king" in Tianjin. I think, can we do this in the country? I hope that with the help of this professional exhibition, we will make a debut in the professional circle. This unique and differentiated concept of this kind of advanced products from Europe and America will be brought to the consumers.
[Reporter] I hope that Meitong can make a breath of "the return of the king" at the wooden door exhibition. In the past 2010, how much has the sales of Meitong Wooden Door increased nationwide in 2009?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] We have a large growth rate, because in 2009, we started to transform from the second half of the year. We have sold more than 5 million retails in a county in Tianjin, including our factory. We have reached 10 million in 2010, so we have reached 10 million in 2010. It is said that the feeling is doubled, which is 1.1 times that of ours in 2009. This market is very strong in accepting our products.
[Reporter] Has it reached your expectations?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] should be higher than we expected, because we are shifting from export to domestic sales, and domestic sales are different from foreign exports. When we export, the standardization of foreign countries is very high, and our domestic products are almost 100%. The entity system, in this way, puts high demands on our designers, our development, and our production organization and other series of management and market. This piece has to adapt to this customized domestic Mode, so at the same time, in the past six months, our marketing can achieve this effect, it should be said that it is very good.
[Reporter] So what do you think is our expected growth target in 2011? How do you achieve your expected growth goals?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] Our goal this year is to reach at least 15 million to 20 million. If you don't understand our consumers or industry insiders, you may think that this is nothing, but the speed at which Meitong wooden doors are opened in China is not slow, because we are far away from the Chinese market for a long time, for some people. It is already a new brand. Last year, we added seven sellers, six of which are from other provinces and cities. They all know about our products through the Internet. In the context of not being promoted on a large scale, there are seven dealers, and In the past, these seven dealers, he used to be the door, and the history of making wooden doors is very long, so they are adjusting to re-select Mtone. For us, the potential is where the professional circle can recognize us and adjust its brand this year.
[Reporter] is a 50% to 100% growth. How many stores are our brands in 2011? What kind of market will it be mainly?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] I am trying to open 10 this year. Shanghai, Shenyang, Qingdao and Yantai, Shandong, and Beijing, we are going to open another one this year, and Suzhou, maybe another one. What I am talking about now is the one who has taken the initiative to find us and has already confirmed the cooperation with us. Including Shenyang, many times before the Spring Festival, and including Chengdu, and Suzhou, he opened a store, ready to continue to open a second store this year, opened in November last year, when he opened the store, we have not yet arrived, They have already received the order. He received the order from November last year, and the cost of the piece of light that we gave to us was more than 100,000. When I came after the Spring Festival, I had already received two orders. Kunshan Also, Xi'an is also the time when Xi'an opened a store last year and may open a second store this year.
[Reporter] When we are about to participate in the wooden door exhibition, is there a part of your purpose to attract investment?
[Wei Zhaoqiang] Yes, the main purpose is to be able to capture the concept and dealers with similar aspects in these professional circles.
[Reporter] Just now you mentioned that in the US market, we mainly mentioned one of these problems in standardized production?
