4. Instructions for using FS-1 electric homogenizer:

1. Select the bottle cup according to the load, put the material into the bottle, turn the bottle cup to the positioner clockwise, center the motor shaft, tighten the nut, and connect the motor shaft to the rubber tube on the knife shaft , Evenly distributed up and down. Turn on the power switch, when the indicator light is on, the power is on, adjust the knob of the governor, and select the appropriate speed.

2. Note the following before starting the machine:

A. Due to the high speed of the motor, if it is used continuously, the motor will burn out. Therefore, the usage time is limited to two minutes, and it can be used after stopping for five minutes.

B. The power supply must be consistent with the technical data.

C. Use a rubber tube to connect the machine shaft and the knife shaft vertically.

D. In order to avoid excessive torque generated by the cutter shaft, damage the machine parts, break the bottle and cup, the governor knob should be at the zero position before starting. The governor changes from slow to fast.

E. The blade should be sharpened sharply, and the diagonal angle should be symmetrical, not deformed, to ensure stable startup and high efficiency.

3. The motor and governor must not be damp, so they must be kept clean and kept properly.

4. The bearings should be inspected regularly, and high temperature resistant grease should be added once every six months.

5. If it is found that it does not turn, the governor does not adjust, and the indicator light is still on. Stop and check.

6. Charcoal brushes are often checked, and worn out to be updated. If the spark of the carbon brush is too large, stop using it, check the cause of the failure, and then start it after repairing.
