Sterile homogenizers are widely used for the homogenization of animal tissues and cosmetics, and are particularly suitable for the preparation of microbiological samples. The samples are characterized by no pollution, no damage, no heating, no sterilization, and no need to wash utensils.
Operation, use and setting of aseptic homogenizer:
1. Connect the power cord to the socket behind the sterile homogenizer and plug it into an external output power socket, turn on the power switch, the LCD display shows the factory settings, and the sterile homogenizer is automatically in standby.
2. Check whether the groove along the lower edge of the sterile homogenizer door is fastened to the horizontal bar at the bottom of the homogenization box, and turn the door handle to open the door to the maximum. Put the homogeneous bag containing the sample and solvent into the homogeneous box. The lower edge of the homogeneous bag is not lower than the hammer board. The edge of the mouth of the homogeneous bag exposes the door cover. The edge should not be wrinkled. Then turn the door switch. After hearing the sound of "dropping" (the LCD screen should show "close door"), it means the door has been closed. At this time, the door and the upper rail squeeze and clamp the homogeneous bag to seal it.
3. Hold the upper edge of the homogenization bag with your left hand, open the homogenizer door with your right hand, and remove the homogenization bag. If the sample is contaminated, use a special tool to extract the homogeneous bag.
4. According to the need to homogenize the sample, select the speed and timing on the panel, and there will be a "beep" sound prompt every time the button is pressed. Press the "Settings" setting button, at this time, the LCD screen M1 and the number of times of flashing flashes, indicating to enter the setting state, press the setting key continuously, M1 number of tapping times-M1 time of tapping minutes-M1 time of tapping seconds-M2 number of tapping times- M2 flapping minutes-M2 flapping seconds-M3 flapping times-M3 flapping minutes-M3 flapping seconds-exit. When you press the "Setting" key to the parameter to be adjusted, press the increase or decrease key, the parameter will be adjusted accordingly, long press for more than 1S, the number will continue to increase or decrease, if you want to exit when you finish setting M1, you can Directly "Reset" key to exit. After setting, press "Continuous / Cycle" key, M1-M2-M3-Cycle-M1 switch. After adjusting the required parameters, press the start / stop button, the LCD display works, and the machine runs according to the displayed number of taps and time, and the running time will be accumulated in seconds. When the set time is reached, a beep will sound, the LCD display will pause, and the machine will stop working. Press the start / stop button again to run again. If in the loop mode, the LCD will automatically display the parameters of M2 after the "beep" sound after running M1, and then run the parameters of M2, and after running the parameters of M3, the long beep will show pause. Sterile homogenizer stopped working. During the operation, there is a door opening action, the LCD displays the door opening, and enters the pause state. After closing the door, press the "Open / Stop" button again to start work. In the pause state, long press the reset button for more than 1S, the long time "di--", the running time will be "returned to 0".
5. For safety reasons, all operating procedures are locked and automatically stop working when the slap door is opened. The aseptic homogenizer door is opened halfway through the operation, the aseptic homogenizer automatically stops working and the LCD screen displays the current status to prevent pinching of the fingers.
6. During the operation of the equipment, if you need to pause or terminate the operation halfway, you can press the "open / stop" button (the LCD screen should display the current state at this time), the hammer board will stop working immediately.
