Three refrigeration principles of refrigeration system in low temperature test chamber

At present, the main refrigeration methods in the industry are divided into three types, namely, compression refrigeration, absorption refrigeration and thermoelectric refrigeration (also known as semiconductor refrigeration). Next, we will explain the difference between the three cooling methods.

First, compression refrigeration: Compressed refrigeration is the use of a compressor to compress the gaseous refrigerant in the closed system, the refrigerant in the circulating flow through condensation, dry filtration, throttling expansion, evaporation, to achieve refrigeration. It can be powered by an electric motor or electromagnetic oscillation. At present, 80% of the temperature test equipment such as the low temperature test chamber uses this refrigeration method.

Second, absorption refrigeration is to achieve the refrigeration function by the continuous diffusion absorption of ammonia, hydrogen and water charged into the closed system. It can use electricity, gas, kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, solar energy and other energy sources.

Third, thermoelectric refrigeration is the use of the Peltier effect of semiconductor materials to achieve refrigeration.
