Humpback often gives people a feeling of listlessness and lack of self-confidence. U.S. fitness instructor Julian McKell introduced two boxing exercises that can build muscle strength, make you upright and increase your confidence.
Boxing action: When standing, the abdominal muscles are tense, the upper body is straight, the elbows and knees are bent, and both hands are punched on the chest. To punch in a diagonal manner, when the fist is closed, increase the squat strength and then return to the initial position.
Boxing action 2: put your fists on your chest with both hands, put the left elbow close to your chest, and your right hand raises your fist up and hits the fist, as if striking against the opponent's chin and then returning to the original position. Repeat 10 times, then change your right hand to punch.
Note: Keep your eyes looking up, increase your confidence through your imaginary enemies, increase your speed when you are skilled, and exercise twice a week.
