For bidders that provide prototypes and participate in our testing, the bidding documents and project requirements will be released separately after the prototype test is completed.
Seven, bidding requirements
1. Has the status of an independent legal person, the registered capital is not less than RMB 10 million, and the establishment time is more than three years, and there is no bad business record;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, and there is no major disciplinary record in business activities;
3. Have the equipment and professional technical capabilities and financial strength necessary to perform the contract;
4. Have good supply and installation capabilities, perfect after-sales service and good reputation, no bad business practices.
5. Bidders shall abide by the relevant Chinese laws and regulations such as the "Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China".
6. The bidding unit of this bidding is limited to the original manufacturer of the bidding goods.
7. The following qualifications must be carried in order for verification:

X. Deadline for submission of bids
The deadline for submission of tenders is the day of bid opening.
The bidding documents will not be accepted in this tender. The bidding documents will be carried by the bidders to the bid opening site on the bid opening date.
A bidder who has applied but failed to provide a free test prototype before the end of registration is deemed to have voluntarily waived this bid.
