Rubbing color treasure is good or bad
1, the primer requires different time to dry:
Poor rubbing treasure: the primer must be dried for two or three days before it can be rubbed;
Good rubbing treasure: You can wipe the color at most overnight. If the weather is good, the primer made in the morning can be rubbed in the afternoon.
2, the speed of the difference is different:
Poor rubbing treasure: dry too fast, most of them will be rubbed in 3-5 minutes, some 10 minutes or so long, such products will dry because of too fast, it will cause different colors before and after the wiping time. The master will have a hard time controlling it;
Good rubbing treasure: dry slow, can be wiped from ten minutes to several hours, this kind of product will not produce chromatic aberration due to the front and back of the wiping time, the master does not need to control the time.
3, wipe the scope of use:
Poor rubbing treasure can only be rubbed on the primer;
Good rubbing primer, topcoat, and old furniture topcoat can be rubbed.
4, running oil:
The poor rubbing treasure runs badly oil (that is, the rubbing rub rubs on the paint surface and does not stay on the surface, but runs like a drop of water on the glass, so that the rubbing tends to appear on the surface);
Good rubbing treasure does not appear this phenomenon.
5, the problem of joints:
Poor rubbing color rubbing on the same plane will produce a joint;
A good rubbing color will not produce a joint in the same plane.
6, the problem of biting the bottom:
Poor rubbing, if the primer is a little thinner, especially when it is open, it will bite the bottom;
Good rubbing treasures are also open, not biting the bottom.
Rubbing treasure construction process
1. The bottom plate is closed for 1 time.
2, sanding, primer coating open type 1-2 (closed 2-3) times.
3, to be dry and sanded, dust cleaned.
4, primer:
A: closed type is to spray the primer evenly;
B: Open type is to spray the top coat evenly; (to be dried for 12-36 hours, specifically dry-drying non-stick sandpaper, winter extended length of time, can not be polished) adjust the time according to weather temperature changes.
5. Evenly brush the selected coloring agent. After waiting for about 40 minutes, wipe it off with a semi-wet cloth or a dry cloth. (It is recommended to use the brush to repair several times between 2 and 10 minutes after the completion of the color. According to the local weather conditions, the time can be extended appropriately. The color can be diluted by the master with a special thinner. Or add special high-concentration color essence to deepen the color and master it yourself, then wipe it evenly with cotton cloth, gauze or special rubbing cloth, and it can't be polished.
6, after the completion of the rubbing to be dried for 20 minutes -60 minutes, and then spray a transparent topcoat 1-2 times.
