The Measures for the Safety Management of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (Draft for Comment) is to strengthen the road transport safety management of dangerous goods and prevent road transport accidents of dangerous goods. The provisions of the new "Safety Measures for Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (Draft for Comment)" are closely related to the packaging enterprises, including Articles 12, 16 and 17, 18, 19 and 19 Articles 21, 27, 30, 43 and 58 to 78 clarify the management measures for the packaging of dangerous goods by road.
As JT/T617 "Supporting Regulations for Dangerous Goods Road Transport Regulations", the "Administrative Measures" have repeatedly appeared "the shipper shall comply with the "Dangerous Goods Road Transport Rules Part 4: Transport Packaging Requirements" (JT/T 617.4 ) and other standards require proper packaging."
The series of standards for the Dangerous Goods Road Transport Regulations (JT/T617-2018) was officially released by the Ministry of Transport on September 6, 2018 and officially implemented on December 1, 2018. This standard is called the Chinese version of "ADR" and is in line with international standards. The "Rules" consists of seven parts, which clearly stipulate the contents of road transport classification, packaging, consignment, loading and unloading, transportation, etc. of dangerous goods, effectively solving the current fragmentation of dangerous goods road transport, poor connection, and some contents are missing. And so many questions.
The fourth part of the transportation and packaging requirements, stipulates the requirements for the use of road transport dangerous goods packaging, medium bulk containers, large packaging, removable tanks, tanks and tanks. For the packaging inspection standards, GB 19269-2009, GB 19432-2009, GB 19434 and GB 19521 are cited.
In order to cooperate with the work of the Ministry of Transport and implement the implementation of the "Safety Measures for the Transport of Dangerous Goods Roads (Draft for Comment)" and the "Standards for the Transport of Dangerous Goods", the China Packaging Federation Transport and Packaging Committee will be in March 2019. On April 4th and 6th, the series of standards for dangerous goods road transport (JT/T 617-2018) and dangerous goods packaging inspection training were held in Tianjin.
This training will invite the main drafters of the "Dangerous Goods to Transport Rules" (JT/T617-2018) series of standards to focus on the revised description of the standard and the contents of each part; the use of transport packaging requirements; packaging requirements and industrial practices; GB19434 , GB19432, GB19521.13 and GB19269 standard analysis and use.
