The Controlling System Design for Packaging Production Line of Moxibustion Medicine

Moxibustion medicine is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with good market prospects, using non-woven fabrics to soften the medicine powder for acupoint treatment. As moxibustion drugs involved in the production process of pharmaceutical powder ratio, cutting, welding, flattening of flexible packaging materials, precision die-cutting and a series of more complex process control problems, a pharmaceutical group after several years of research It also failed to solve the control problem of automatic packaging production lines in mass production. The author has adopted many innovative mechanical and electronic technologies for the characteristics and difficulties of this process, which has solved the problem of automatic control of the production line.
1 Introduction to moxibustion drug production process
The moxibustion drug production process is shown in Figure 1. First, the non-woven material base is introduced into the packaging line by the discharge wheel, and then the opening time of the two drug cylinders is controlled to mix the material and ingredients, and the welding cylinder is at a certain temperature. At the baseband, the powder is pressure-welded into a drug pack, and the drug pack moves along with the packaging base tape. After the leveling wheel is passed, the medicine dispensing robot puts the pill on the base tape. The movement of the entire base belt on the production line adopts a cylinder traction baseband mode. In order to prevent the lateral deviation of the base belt from affecting the precision of the final die-cutting from the base belt during the cylinder traction, the traction cylinder is provided with two sides of the traction base belt. Left and right 2 fiber optic switches for baseband lateral offset detection. While the cylinder is moving, the PLC controls the stepper motor to complete the lateral correction work of the baseband to ensure that the die bag is accurately cut off from the entire packaging baseband. The waste base tape after cutting the medicine pack is taken out by the waste belt take-up torque motor after the die-cut cylinder is released. Among them, the time and proportion of the two kinds of powders, the length of the welding time, the longitudinal orientation of the drug packs and the horizontal correction play a decisive role in the quality and shaping of the drug packs.
