1. All products of Sisley 2010 plant sunscreen series have UVA mark detected by EU. What does this mark mean, its relationship with sun protection index, UVB, and where it differs from PA+?

A: The Sisley 2010 Plant Sunscreen Series follows the standards that the European Union began implementing in 2008. This standard is intended to unify the global logo of sunscreen products and the way sunscreen is used, and is also suitable for Asians.

Another important goal of this new standard is to ensure adequate UVA protection because UVA is the most important factor in aging skin because it breaks down the collagen and elastin fibers in the dermis. The SPF mark simply indicates the protection index for UVB (excluding UVA). The new EU standard stipulates that only the UVA protection index and the UVB protection index reach a certain ratio, allowing the UVA mark to be marked on the product. For example, under the latest standards, the SPF30 product also contains the UVA logo, which means that the UVA protection for this product is PA+++, and all of Sisley's sun protection products are PA+++ or PA++. PA+++ represents an index of PPD of 8 or above (PPD stands for UVA's protection index and SPF stands for UVB's protection index).

2. How does Sisley do both sun protection and daily maintenance?
