The equity investment fund industry development funds (hereinafter referred to as "development funds") referred to in this regulation refer to funds used to promote the development of equity investment fund industries from Shenzhen's special financial development funds. Domestic, foreign, Sino-foreign equity investment funds, equity investment fund management enterprises, and private equity investment fund management enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") that meet the conditions stipulated in the Regulations may apply for the Regulations and The development funds identified in the Notice. Where an equity investment fund management enterprise applying for development funds is established in the form of a partnership, the paid-up capital of the partnership enterprise shall not be less than 5 million yuan.

In any year, the same equity investment fund or corporate equity investment fund management enterprise that meets the investment incentives for investing in enterprises or projects in the city, and also meets the conditions for the local financial strength of the enterprise income and operating income, can only apply for one of the awards. , No multiple applications. After a partnership equity investment fund enterprise invests in an enterprise or a project withdraws from this Municipality, the partners shall be given a one-time reward according to 30% of the local financial resources formed by the partners' payment of income tax. For an equity investment fund or its entrusted equity investment fund management enterprise, only one party can apply for a house purchase subsidy or rent subsidy; a house purchase subsidy can only be applied once, and the total rent subsidy does not exceed 1 million yuan.
