Manhattan Triplex
This renovation transformed three separate floors into a seamless triplex home. Using visual diagrams and simple gestures, the space was unified. A larch wood bar connects the dining room and kitchen, while a blue lacquer wall behind the dining room adds depth and visual interest.
Curtain Wall Too
A modest cottage in Sag Harbor was reimagined as a two-story structure. The design aimed to create privacy from the street while opening up to the natural waterfront views on the back side, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

56 Leonard Aerie
To address the asymmetry of the large living and dining area, a new ceiling fixture was designed to capture the space's different axes and soften the relationship between the program and the curtain wall. A rounded triangular plane made of plaster becomes the focal point, with a celestial sculpture by Finnish artist Ilkka Suppanen. Hundreds of Murano crystals are suspended in a cloud-like formation, creating an ethereal chandelier that enhances the ambiance.
Manhattan Reservoir Residence
This pre-war Manhattan apartment was transformed to unify disconnected spaces and bring in natural light from the reservoir and Central Park. A continuous window wall integrates heating, ventilation, storage, and motorized treatments, connecting the living room, family room, and dining area. Freestanding partitions frame the views of the park and bridge, creating a sense of openness and light throughout the space.
