(3) Drying section The drying system of the flexographic printing press consists of an air heating device, a color drying device, and a bridge drying device.

1) Air heating device The air heating device is installed on the top of the printing machine. The principle is that the air is heated by the internal heat exchange device, and the air reaching a certain temperature will dry the ink layer of the graphic image portion of the substrate.

The heating device may be a heat source such as a heating wire, far-infrared rays, or gas.

2) Drying device for color The drying device for color is similar to a box and is installed between two printing units. Therefore, its number is the number of printing units minus one.
Each color drying device shares a common blower, and hot air is sent directly to the cassette drying oven. Each box type drying oven is equipped with a nozzle, and the hot air entering the dry box is discharged, so that the printing cylinder between the colors is heated, and the graphic ink layer on the surface of the printing material is accelerated.

3) Bridge Drying Device The bridge drying device is installed between the printing section and the rewinding section so that the printed material after printing is dried before being rewinded.
A bridge dryer is actually a drying tunnel, heated by several sets of heaters. There are a set of guide rollers in the drying tunnel, and each guide roller has a nozzle. The hot air discharged from the nozzle can be adjusted as needed.

The length of the drying tunnel depends on the speed of the press. The speed of the printing press is high, the drying tunnel can be longer, and the printing material passes through the drying tunnel for a longer time, which is beneficial to the drying of the graphic ink layer. Each group of heaters in the drying tunnel can be used wholly or locally according to actual needs.

(4) The basic mechanism of the rewinding portion of the guide roller and the rewinding portion is substantially the same as the paper feeding portion.
