Offset emulsification and printability of offset printing ink (2)

3 experimental methods

3.1 Experiment 1: Effect of Stirring Time on Ink Emulsification Rate

The 12 sets of ink and water with a mass ratio of 1:1 were respectively stirred at 200 rpm for 5 min at room temperature, 1 Omin, 15 min..... 55 min, 60 min. After standing for 15 minutes, the remaining ink was weighed. The formula is used to calculate the emulsification rate. The formula is the same as above.

3.2 Experiment 2: Effect of Liquid Supply on Ink Emulsification Rate

Weigh 15g ink, add 1.5g fountain solution to 200 rpm / min stirring rate, and measure the emulsification rate after stirring at room temperature for 45min. Repeat the experiment and add the amount of fountain solution by 1.5g each time until it reaches 30g.

3.3 Effect of Ink Emulsification Rate on Tack Value in Experiment 3

The amount of ink absorber weighing 0.5g experiment 2 ink coating on the sticky instrument, the temperature is determined at 32 °C measured Tack value, I min and 1.5 min when the value.

3.4 Experiment 4: Effect of Emulsification Rate on Printing Density

Measure 0.855m1 of Ink Collector. Ink of Experiment 2 is applied to the Ink Set and evenly ink for 90 s. After dropping the ink on the plate for 40 s, a spline is struck on the fitness meter and the ink is reapplied to print the second and third samples. Bar, after drying, 5 density values were measured in different regions to obtain the average value.
