Shaped folding carton design method (3)

3, mimicry design

The design of a carton that simulates the morphology of some animals and plants in the natural world as well as some forms of man-made is called mimicry design. However, the mimicry design of the carton is not a simple simulation, but it is designed as a geometry-based processing method on the premise that it can be folded and stored. The contours are simple and easy to fold and shape. FIG. 5 is an example of a mimetic design, which is a lid of a Scorpio type carton, which resembles the shape of a hat worn by a person in Xinjiang.

Because the variety, characteristics, and purpose of use of packaged goods vary greatly, it is important to design and manufacture special-shaped folding cartons that are personalized and suitable for packaged goods.
