Carton box type classification and structural design analysis (3)

3. Folding folding cartons

The flip-type paper box consists of a box body and a lid with a soft hinge. The lid can be directly connected to the box body (such as a folding flap box) by bending with a soft hinge, or can be connected to the box body by a special soft strip (such as a fixed flap box).

The commonly used folding box type rocking cover paper box has the structure of integral type and combination type. The main structure is shown in FIG. 3 .

(1) Monolithic (single) flap cover tray

1 clip-lock structure (C0100)
When the side end is clamped structure, use C0110; when the side end is the ear locking structure, use C0120; when the side end is the card slot tight structure, use C0130.

2 hook lock type structure (C0200)
When the side end is a straight hook interlocking structure, it is indicated by C0210; when the side end is a single hook block locking structure, it is represented by C0220; when the side end is a double hook flap locking structure, it is represented by C0230.

3 pasted structure (C0300)
When the side of the box body is an adhesive connection structure, it is denoted by C0310; when the side ends are adhesively connected and there is a folding slash (that is, angle bonding), it is represented by C0320; when the box cover and the box body are both When bonded, use C0330.

(2) Two-piece flap cover (C0400)
C0410 is a single-wall, two-piece structure; C0420 is a double-wall, two-piece structure (figure omitted); C0510 is a flap-type cigarette box structure.

(3) Three combined swing cover tray (C0600) (figure omitted)

Folding folding carton

The commonly used foldable folding carton has a briefcase type, a foldable packaging type, and the like, as shown in FIG. 4 .

When the closed form is a latching structure, it is represented by D0100 (as shown in D0110 and D0120 in Fig. 4), and when the closed form is a folded-inserted structure, it is represented by D0200.

5. Drawer folding cartons

Drawer tray consists of a jacket and an inner box. It is commonly used in the packaging of cigars, candy, tablets, matches, drawing nails and other items. The structure of the outer casing of the carton is uniform and is denoted by E01; and the drawer-type inner box has the structure of no orientation, as shown in FIG. 5 .

6. Shaped folding carton

Shaped trays are box types other than right-angled hexahedrons. According to the appearance characteristics, there are tubular, disc type, non-tube non-disc shaped folding cartons, as shown in Figure 6.

(1) Tubular shaped cartons Tubular shaped cartons include insert type (F0110), pillow type (F0120), and socket type (F0130).

(2) Disc-type carton disc Special-shaped cartons have triangular (F0210), trapezoidal (F0220), equilateral polygonal (F0230) and other structures.

(3) Non-tube Non-disc Shaped Cartons Non-tube non-disc shaped cartons have pyramid (P0310), polygonal (P0320) and other structural forms.

7. Multi-pack carton

As shown in FIG. 7 , the multi-package carton has a closed type (G0110), an open type (G0120), a partition type (G0210), and a combined type for packaging a beverage bottle and a can bottle (G0310, G0320, G0330). And other structural forms.

8. Functional tray

In order to improve the quality of folding cartons, to facilitate customers, and to achieve the effect of advertising, in addition to the general performance patterns, but also need to polish, calendered, hot stamping, according to different purposes, design some special functional structures.

1 Windowing: The window structure can partially display merchandise, which can increase customers' desire to purchase, and thus has the function of promoting sales. The window is usually designed on the front of the carton, shaped like a rectangle, a parallelogram, a heart, etc.

2 Display display: Suspended, exhibited, displayed, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient display and convenient transportation.

3 Carrying handles: To facilitate portability, different shapes of handle structures can be designed on the lid, box body (extended section), or the belts and ropes can be fixed on the upper part of the carton. The former is low in cost and widely used.

4 Easy opening: In order to facilitate consumers to open the seal, a certain opening structure is designed on the top cover, front plate or side plate of the carton, and its structure includes tearing openings, half-cuts, sewing threads, and easy-pulling bands.

5 inverted outlet: For liquids, powders, granular and other good flow of goods, after packaging with a carton, in order to facilitate customers access multiple times, need to design some inverted outlet structure on the carton.
