[Du Xiaodong]: Huahe has participated in the Guangzhou Exhibition for nearly 19 years. From the perspective of the entire exhibition, it is in line with the domestic trend and trend. Because the exhibition situation is related to the real estate situation, many small enterprises in the past have not seen it at this exhibition. The rest are some big brands. Companies like Huahe have done a long time.


As Huahe, although there are many different series of products, since Huahe entered the market, it has come to a conclusion: because of concentration and concentration, it can be professional. More than 50 years of history have proven this. Huahe has been focusing on solid wood furniture, so no other products can be seen in the exhibition hall. [Reporter]: From the perspective of the industry atmosphere in 2012, what plans does Huahe Furniture have for the entire market?


[Du Xiaodong]: When it comes to market planning, we are laying out. In addition to Tibet's Lhasa, Huahe has been deployed in all first-tier cities and provincial-level cities. Crisis and opportunities coexist in the market. Judging from the development of the whole year last year, Huahe should be contrary to the big environment. The performance of the entire furniture company increased by 57.3% compared with the same period of the previous year, which was higher than the industry average of nearly 20 points.


In the establishment of the store, Huahe already owns more than 200 stores, and none of them has withdrawn due to product quality problems or service problems. This is also the record that Huahe has maintained. Last year, Huahe established a total of 67 specialty stores, covering all markets above the second level. Most of the first- and second-tier markets have begun to build two stores and three stores, so the overall competitiveness and customer recognition of Huahe products are relatively good.


Export to domestic sales 100% quality assurance


[Reporter]: Since last year, many brands in the furniture industry have been exposed to safety problems. How does Huahe control in all aspects to avoid such problems?
[Du Xiaodong]: Huahe's positioning is to serve the entire furniture industry through our products, to meet the needs of ordinary people for furniture. This positioning is easy to say, but it is difficult. In my opinion, although the furniture industry has developed for many years, it is still not very standardized, so product safety problems are also expected.


From Huahe itself, our product quality, procurement links, product design and product control have passed the ISO quality system certification. Our overall operating model is implemented in accordance with this management model of system certification. From raw material procurement to control in the production process, including product inspection, we have a systematic process.

The goal of Huahe is that the product qualification rate and environmental protection index must reach 100%, some processing problems should be controlled at 100%, and products that are introduced to the market must be 100% qualified. We are also exporting at the same time, we must be responsible for customers.

[Reporter]: Many enterprises are exporting from domestic to domestic market. What is the current domestic sales and export situation of Huahe?


[Du Xiaodong]: Huahe has been talking about wooden doors. In fact, solid wood furniture has a higher environmental protection factor than wood furniture, because it uses less glue and paint. However, the environmental awareness of consumers in the past few years was not very strong, so Huahe Furniture was mainly exported. However, with the changes in the international environment and the domestic market awareness of environmental protection of furniture, we have turned to domestic sales, but Huahe's brand has not been left behind.


The brand needs to be sustainable. Huahe Wooden Door is very popular in China. It is reasonable to say that there should be Huahe Furniture in Huahe Furniture. We are different from many enterprises that export to domestic sales. There are many old customers who recognize Huahe’s brand, so It is said that the Huahe wardrobe is also like the Huahe furniture from the export to the domestic sales, and soon introduced into the market. From 2007 to now, the growth rate is also very fast. Now Huahe is more worried about the capacity problem.


Mobile Internet: Huahe can't fall behind


[Reporter]: Huahe Wardrobe joined the family of Huahe Furniture in 2010. It has also achieved very impressive results in the past year. Does Huahe Wardrobe have a long-term plan in 2012?


[Du Xiaodong]: Huahe’s plan is in line with the national policy. Now the Qiqihar City Government has allocated 150,000 square meters of land. We have invested more than 4 billion yuan since last year. From market development to plant construction, we are all following. The overall macroeconomic policy of the country is consistent, and we have now formed our own independent system.


[Reporter]: What do you think about the original design and product intellectual property protection?


[Du Xiaodong]: Huahe has always been pursuing original design, because the product is the soul of a company and also the embodiment of this corporate style. Huahe has been working with foreign designers such as Germany and Japan. Huahe's products are a generation of reserves, a generation of research and development, and have always adhered to this principle, with a complete system architecture, many experts and scholars these days, see Huahe furniture feel bright, because it jumped out of the traditional furniture model.


[Reporter]: This website launched the IPAD e-magazine in March, and entered the mobile internet era before other media. What do you think of mobile internet?


[Du Xiaodong]: We have begun to try the mobile internet, including how to understand the latest progress of Huahe through the IPAD terminal. We can't fall behind in this respect. Since March of last year, we have asked our regional directors, regional managers and terminal store companies, all storefronts and market personnel to have an IPAD. I believe that Huahe and Pacific Home Network will cooperate in this area, and I will pay more attention to the IPAD e-magazine of Pacific Home Network.
