The State Key Laboratory of Microbial Technology of Shandong University cooperated with Zhucheng Papermaking Co., Ltd. of Shandong Province and successfully prepared the bio-enzyme deinking agent on an industrial scale (1t/d), and deinked the 30t waste paper produced by Zhucheng Papermaking Co., Ltd. The production line conducted a production test for the production of deinked pulp from the treatment of waste paper with biological enzymes. Qualified offset newsprint paper was produced on a 1760/300 paper machine with 100% deinked pulp.
The key technology for the production of this bio-enzyme deinking agent is the screening of excellent strains with short enzyme production period, high activity and adaptability to large-scale production conditions. The enzymatic exoenzyme activity in the enzyme is close to zero; a solid, short-flow, low cost, high success rate fermentation technique is used. Tests have shown that deinking with biological enzymes is neutral deinking. It has the advantages of preventing yellowing of paper, high ink removal rate, good whiteness, good pulp water filtration, and reduced water pollution load.
