Controllable high-soft roll calender suitable for paper industry

Recently, Hangzhou Electrical and Mechanical Design and Research Institute and Jiangyin Guoguang Zhaguang Machine Fiber Co., Ltd. cooperated to jointly develop and produce China's first controlled medium and high soft roll calender for the paper industry to come out, filling the domestic gap.
The soft roller calender adopts a computer-controlled partition-controlled medium-high hydraulic system. The pressure of each nip zone changes synchronously with the change of the applied line pressure. The maximum operating line pressure can reach 200KN/m, and the maximum temperature of the hot roller surface is 120～ At 160°C, the soft roll surface of the calender can distribute the nip pressure more evenly to the thicker or thinner sections of the sheet, even when the moisture is high, no black spots or spotting occur. After passing through a softer calender, the paper sheet can achieve higher smoothness and gloss while retaining higher sheet looseness, stiffness, opacity, and strength. The machine is suitable for newsprint, dictionary paper, carbonless copy paper, translucent paper, cast coated paper, aluminum foil base paper, coated printing paper, coated cardboard, decorative paper and other finishing.
