A new generation of tableware forming machine was successfully developed

The domestic first fully automated equipment for the production of disposable biodegradable tableware was successfully developed by Beijing Kangjing Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Tangshan Tangyu Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. After three years of hard work, scientists and technicians finally developed a PCL automatic molding machine that uses agricultural waste as the main raw material to produce non-toxic, harmless, and fully degradable disposable tableware. A new generation of environmentally-friendly tableware from the raw materials to finished products are in line with the requirements of green environmental protection, can be completely natural degradation: soaked in water, natural degradation, can also be used as fish feed; buried in soil, can be turned into organic fertilizer. Its excellent use performance is reflected in: super-hardness, 100 °C liquid exposure within 6 hours of complete waterproof, oil-proof, absolutely non-toxic. The production cost is basically the same as that of foam tableware, but it is much lower than paper tableware.
