In order to enter a high-tech and civilized society, apart from mastering the skills of survival, human beings have entered the stage of self-protection and sustainable development due to the development of science and technology. Humans are threatened if they are not controlled and uncontrolled. All countries in the world attach great importance to it.
Last year, China joined the WTO, and international trade has increased. This shows that China’s overall national strength has increased and it can compete in the international community. In particular, water-based inks do not contain solvents, so there is no residual solvent content, and it is recognized as an environmentally friendly ink that has been used in large quantities. The alcohol solvent in methanol-free alcohol-soluble ink is much less contaminated than benzene, ester, and ketone. Trace amounts of alcohol do not affect human health. Most of the overseas plastic film printing products we see use flexographic printing and use alcohol-soluble inks, so alcohol-soluble inks are environmentally-friendly inks that can be widely promoted. UV inks also do not contain solvents and do not pollute the environment after UV drying. Since the UV ink itself has no solvent, and the UV light is dried; the ultraviolet lamp power used by the UV ink is 400W each, and at least 10 UV lamps are required for a color group on a flexo printer. Therefore, the printing product using the UV ink is also environmentally friendly. Type.
The heavy metals in inks are mainly stricter than inorganic pigments and fillers, and flexographic printing inks have a large fluidity and low viscosity, and almost no inorganic pigments and fillers are used. In addition, dyestuffs can be added to the inks used in flexographic printing. On the other hand, inks are improved. The color concentration of the pigment, on the other hand, makes the other ink less.
The advantages of using flexographic printing inks are unmatched by other printing methods. Offset ink transfer system is a long ink way.
