MAP modified atmosphere packaging to make meat more fresh

After the pilot test, the shelf life of the product reaches 8 to 10 days (about 4°C), and the senses and hygiene The quality index meets the set national standard for fresh meat at the national level, and can eliminate the hidden dangers caused by anaerobic pathogens that may be caused by the current supermarket sales platform model. The increase in product cost can be controlled within the set range. Fresh poultry meat, aquatic products, fresh fruits, microwave prepared foods and cooked food products are expected to become the leading packaging products for supermarket fresh meat sales.
