Rotary spraying process

Rotary spraying process is a brand-new processing method of polyurethane rubber roller technology. It is to install the roller body of the generation processing on the rotating device. When the roller rotates slowly, the prepared polyurethane raw material is sprayed onto the roller through the spraying device. This polyurethane is a fast-reacting, hardened mixture with very short setting time and a special composition that allows for a wide variety of spray applications. Especially for some equipment with bearings such as Baosteel, the service life can be more than doubled.
