2. Place the thermal paper roll into the designated slot, ensuring it’s oriented correctly. The printed side should face down, and the roll should be positioned so the paper feeds smoothly. Check Figure B for a clear example.
3. Gently pull the paper out from the roll, allowing it to extend slightly beyond the printer’s edge. This ensures proper alignment when the cover is closed. Refer to Figure C for the correct position.
4. Close the front cover securely. While closing, hold it in place until it clicks shut. Be careful not to shift the paper roll during this step. If there’s any excess paper, gently cut it off with scissors or a paper cutter to prevent jams. See Figure D for reference.
