The Ministry of Agriculture of the People ’s Republic of China issued the Announcement No. 235, “Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods†on December 24, 2002, which clearly stipulates estrogen-related medicines, stipulating that only The use of diethylstilbestrol and its salts, lipids, medroxyprogesterone acetate and other substances is prohibited as a therapeutic drug, and the above substances are not allowed to be detected in animal food. At the same time, the European Union's Directive 96/22 / EC, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Japan's positive list also prohibit the use of hormone drugs in foods of animal origin.
This program is based on "GB / T 21981-2008 Determination of Hormone Residues in Animal-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry", using Shimadzu Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatograph LC-30A and Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer LCMS-8040 Combined, a rapid and accurate method for the determination of estrogen in milk powder was established.
