Dry compound considerations

Dry-type compounding sometimes causes complaints due to certain conditions not meeting the requirements. Therefore, the following items are listed for reference, so as to prevent problems.
1. When the glue and film are moved into the workshop from the warehouse, the surface of the surface of dust, rubbish, and water shall be completely wiped off by the use of a wire.
2. When the storage temperature is lower than 20°C in winter, the glue is moved into the workshop in advance so that the liquid temperature is maintained at about 25°C. (If necessary, it can be placed in the curing room to warm up). The excessively low viscosity of the liquid temperature increases the amount of coating and causes the poor wettability of the film, which often causes a poor appearance. In addition, poor wettability leads to an increase in the amount of coating. Increasing the coating concentration also increases the cost of the material. The optimum temperature of the glue in the factory is 20°C-25°C.
3. Use material records. The glue, the substrate name, LOTNO. (lot number), and usage are recorded in the daily report.
4. Confirm that there is no foreign matter adhesion on the blender circulation tank, circulation pump, glue tank, and coating Roller. If gel or foreign matter should be removed immediately.
5. Two or more persons check the dose and record it.
6. After the main agent, hardener, and ethyl acetate are measured, they should be stirred for more than 5 minutes and checked for color and foreign matter.
7. Determine whether the liquid of the compounding liquid is wet and the viscosity of tea is consistent with the data in the manual. (usually using tea cups for seconds management).
8. To prevent evaporation of ethyl acetate in the blender, circulation tank, and glue tank, cover should be sealed. (Plates of PET and PP are preferred).
9. The tea cup viscosity test is performed on the glue in the circulation tank once an hour. If it rises, adjust with ethyl acetate.
10. Anza filter (such as nylon socks) at the return of the circulation tank.
11, the coating roller with ethyl acetate wash is not clean, 1-2 times a week with a wash solution to prevent plug version. (The cleaning method should be performed according to the manual of the solution of the solution).
12. The relationship between the coating roller and the coating amount. After the coating roll is used for 3 to 5 million meters, it is re-plated to maintain a normal coating amount.
13, the use of smooth roll. When applying the coating roll, be sure to use a clean smooth roll.
14. Adjustment of the scraper, check whether the normal angle with the coating roller, no scratches.
