Denmark independently develops meat product easy-to-shape packaging equipment

The INNO 20/INNO 30 device is used to rapidly ferment sausage meat. This has multiple effects on the equipment and tools for meat products. With the gel forming reaction, the new device can process fresh meat products into various shapes. The company stated that even after heat treatment, the product shape can be readjusted.
