The Honda Series WD415 diesel engine introduced by Hangfa has learned the most advanced diesel engine design concept in Europe, and has strengthened the design of the key basic body, further improving its reliability. In particular, the design of the frame-type biaxial balance mechanism installed on the bottom plane of the crankcase of the aircraft by the national patented technology completely solves the problem of large vibration of the four-cylinder machine and fully has the quality of a six-cylinder diesel engine. The WD415 series diesel engine has the characteristics of small size, strong power, large torque reserve, etc. Its maximum torque can reach 950Nm, and the torque reserve rate is as high as 23.6%. The combustion chamber adopts shallow ω port, low vortex air passage, porous small nozzle injector, injection pressure up to 1300 bar, supercharged intercooled air intake mode, and the Euro II emission detection by the national testing agency, meanwhile, in design and development, Fully reserved to achieve Europe III. There is a very low fuel consumption over a wide range of power and speed, with a minimum total fuel consumption of ≤198g/kWh. The cold starting aid can be used to smoothly start at minus 40°C.
