The main reasons for the stuffiness are as follows: First, the gap is not adjusted well, including between the paper feed head and the paper table, and between the paper feed roller and paper feed roller of the mechanical double-sheet controller. The height adjustment of the pressure plate at the front of the conveying platen is not suitable. Generally, it is the thickness of 3 sheets of printing paper. Or the ultrasonic double-sheet controller and the pendulum mechanism malfunction, resulting in multiple double sheets. Second, paper sticking causes several sheets of paper to be sucked up and transported at the same time, because the ink layer of the printed product is too thick or the paper is deformed. The third is a car jam accident. When the printing press is working normally, if the paper reaches the front gauge is early, late, skew, corner missing, curling, or paper shortage, the photoelectric detection immediately orders the front gauge to stop swinging to prevent the paper from entering the cylinder again. At the same time, the swinging delivery teeth are held and the teeth are not held, the machine decelerates, the cylinder is depressurized, the platen ink roller is raised, the water transfer roller, and the ink roller stop swinging. If the electrical control circuit fails, it is easy to roll a stack of paper between the impression cylinder and the rubber cylinder, and there will be a boring accident.
Therefore, the printing enterprise must set up a special paper warehouse to make the temperature and humidity of the storage place close to the printing workshop. After the paper is cut and printed on the machine, it has little effect on the printing quality and can ensure the smooth feeding of the paper.
