Two special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Suzhou passed the appraisal

In April 2003, China National Machinery & Equipment (Group) Company organized industry experts to undertake special fund projects for the Ministry of Science and Technology of Suzhou Electric Machine Tool Research Institute and Suzhou Zhongte Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. "Processing technology and equipment" and "Four-axis CNC high-efficiency arc generation processing technology and equipment" were identified.

The appraisal committee unanimously held that: The project has reached the technical and economic indicators stipulated by the special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the equipment developed has filled the domestic gap to reach the international advanced level. The project solved the technical problems of deep hole machining in aviation, aerospace and military enterprises. At present, there are more than 50 units in operation.
“Four-axis CNC high-efficiency arc generation processing technology and equipment”
This project has solved a number of technical problems, enabling the arc to be rapidly transformed into a practical surface. The equipment has been delivered to the United States GE company. The appraisal committee unanimously held that: The project has been successfully applied to the efficient processing of GE's special materials in the United States. Its practical application value is high and it has reached the international advanced level. The main processing technology indicators have reached the international advanced level. Mainly used in aerospace, aerospace and military manufacturing.
