First, the advantages of circular press hot stamping

At present, the round hot stamping machine is gradually improving. It shows us many unique features:

1. The absolute advantage of hot stamping speed. For example, the basic rounding hot stamping machine has a basic speed of 7,000 sheets/hour and a maximum speed of 11,000 sheets/hour.

2. The round aluminum foil separation process is line separation. This separation method is not easy to make the aluminum flash or bleed off phenomenon.

3. The pressure of round press hot stamping is lighter than that of flat press hot stamping, and it is not easy to crush the paper. The hot stamping brightness is good and the precision is high.

Second, the feasibility of round hot stamping

Although round press hot stamping has many advantages, the round press hot stamping machine is less suitable for hot stamping than flat press hot stamping machine. Especially in the hot stamping irregular patterns more significant, the following two hot stamping methods for some analysis.

Round press hot stamping is mainly line contact, while flat press hot stamping is face contact. For example, when hot stamping a triangular pattern, for the flat stamping and hot stamping equipment, the stamping pressure of the entire hot stamping surface is obtained instantaneously. If the surface pressure of the hot stamping plate is uneven, it can be obtained by pad printing. More uniform pressure, to achieve irregular graphics hot stamping.

However, this is not the case with round presses. We assume that hot stamping starts from the top of the triangle pattern (as shown in the figure). Any type of hot stamping material we use can withstand a certain amount of pressure. If the pressure is too high or too small, it will not print well. For the sake of qualitative analysis, let us define for the time being:

If ΔF' ≤ △F, the pattern can be stamped using the material to complete the stamping. On the other hand, no matter how the operator masters the plate, this material cannot be used for hot stamping.

From the above analysis, it is not difficult to see the relationship between various factors that affect round-off stamping. That is, if the surface â–³F'>â–³F, but the hot stamping image can not be changed, then we can meet the hot stamping conditions by changing the method of stamping materials, and finally achieve normal hot stamping.
