GreenBottle Plastic Bottle Effectively Lowers Carbon Footprint

It is said that GreenBottle's plastic consumption is one-third of the traditional plastic bottles, reducing the carbon footprint by nearly half. After launching an upgraded version of a packaging plastic bottle to the Anglo-Australian region, the box maker GreenBottle began to look to the country. In 2008, GreenBottle was first introduced to the market as Marybelle dairy packaging at Suffolk. Today, GreenBottle has made improvements to the original plastic bottles and re-listed. In addition to improved performance in all aspects, new standard plastic bottles can still be run on existing filling lines, reducing costs for companies.
Founder Martin Myerscough said that from the sales of local stores Asda and Budgets, consumers are very satisfied with this new milk bottle. “We are now negotiating with some other local agencies. Our new product will be launched in Cornwall in the new year. We hope it will cover more regions and markets.”
In addition to being used for milk packaging, GreenBottle's plastic bottles may also be used in juice packaging and detergent packaging in the future. The package consists of a shell and a lining. The shell is a compact recyclable cardboard (similar to an egg box); the lining is a bioplastic bag made of corn.
Myerscough said that the process of making this kind of plastic bottle is quite complicated and it must be made accurate in every step. “Our goal is to enable products to achieve recyclable benefits in accordance with existing paper recycling or composting methods, but balancing the characteristics of individual suppliers in the supply chain is a top priority.”
